Token Ring 2

TokenRing collaborated with StudioRed to develop the next generation of their MFA solution, the Token Ring2 smart ring. This device uses biometric authentication with an integrated fingerprint sensor and adheres to FIDO2 standards for passwordless access, eliminating the need for passwords, OTPs, or dongles.

During development, StudioRed optimized the ring’s ergonomics for comfort and functionality, while reducing cost and addressing failure points in the previous design.  The rings light weight plastic housing stretched the limits of thin wall molding while offering improved sealing and RF performance.  The selected durable materials proved themselves in durable in extensive drop and leak testing. These efforts ensured the Token 2 ring was poised to provide a user-friendly and sound package.
