Studiored’s collaboration with Clearsource to develop a new Overlander H20 Filter to create a ruggedized higher volume solution for their Overlander filter.  The Clearsource Nomad pulls water from any lake or stream and purifies fresh clean water that people can safely use to drink, clean and shower. With the ability to plug into a car’s jack, it allowed for clean water anywhere an offroading trip might take you. 

While the engineering process emphasized on creating unique, powerful branding for the Overlander product, making a reliable and ruggedized design for repeated use was also a major focus. Engineers were challenged to create a rugged chassis to protect all the important components like pump, filters, and electronics through harsh weather and environmental conditions. StudioRed’s engineering team had to ensure dependable water filtering and a rugged design such as confirming the pump, intake filters, flow components, electrical connectivity and fusing.
